While its design closely mirrors its predecessor, the Mini IT13, the updated model boasts a slightly heavier weight of 90 grams. This added weight ensures enhanced stability without sacrificing its mobility. Internally, it houses the latest i9-13th CPU, which is integrated with a 4x4 ultra-fine mini motherboard. This CPU can reach an impressive turbo frequency of 5.4 Hz for multitasking, pushing boundaries in performance.
In what seems to be a move towards a more streamlined front panel design, the placement of certain ports, like the Type C and USB from the previous model, may be less accessible. However, the Mini IT13 continues to support USB3 Gen 3.2 ports and retains a single USB 2.0 port. With a weight of 575 grams, excluding cables, the Mini IT13 maintains a competitive weight in its category.
Enhanced with Intel Iris Xe Graphics, this device showcases marked improvements in video rendering, video editing, and PS capabilities when compared to the 12th CPU version. It's also equipped to connect an external discrete graphics card, catering to both gaming and production demands. The CPU's codec facilitates hard decoding of both 4K & 8K videos, offering a cinematic experience complemented by panoramic Dolby sound.
Remarkably, the device demonstrates consistent performance, running stably even in temperatures ranging from -20 to 55 degrees Celsius. This can be attributed to its superior heat dissipation and overall stability.
