The integrated System on Chip (SoC) doesn't boast top-tier performance, as reflected in the benchmark results. In the performance rankings of this benchmark, the Shark 8 finds itself at the lower end. MediaTek's integrated SoC doesn't offer remarkable speed or performance. Realistically though for your average smartphone usage, it's more than enough.
