Connectivity-wise ViewSonic offers on a DisplayPort 1.2 and two HDMI 1.4 inputs. There are also two USB 3.0 Type A jacks and one audio output. The USB ports are located at the rear-facing down next to the video inputs and so difficult to reach in everyday life.
While the menu works great, the buttons are quite annoyingly small to work with, ViewSonic needs to implement a joystick. The design of the menu and the operation via the buttons are very well done, as the function assignments are retained in each menu item and also clearly assign the keys and are separated. The OSD GUI is user-friendly, even if the menu depth is relatively high and a good number of clicks are required to achieve the desired setting. In addition to a Hz limiter, which limits the refresh rate to either 60, 100 or 144 Hz, you can also set functions such as overdrive and "Elite RGB".
