Page 15 - Photos building the rig

Okay, we moved the rig from the photo-studio into the test-lab. Hmm .. okay, nice but not really sexy just yet, hey not to plagiarize a recent Will Smith movie title but "I am Guru". Let me pick up some UV cold cathode lights ... hold on.

Aah it's becoming evening, picked up the UV lights, that's much better. So we have a system POST, we have water-flow, we now popped in a 9800 GX2, and we cleaned up the wiring a little.

• Hour 14 to deadline - installing Windows - several crashes. Reseting BIOS to defaults, concluded that DDR3 @ 2000 was the cause. EPP 2.0 does not seem to work well just yet. Slowing memory doesn't help.. we still get crashes during windows installation.

• Hour 13 to deadline - NVIDIA just released a new BIOS, FLASHed the fracker seems more stable now. Windows now installs fine. Stability issues are gone.

• Hour 12 to deadline - Windows Vista completed installing all gazzilion updates (bloody fringin' hell man that took an hour). But okay ... we're good to go. Let the benchmarking & overclocking festivities commence.
