But what if you want more? Usually – we check it by setting the voltage to 1.45 V (acceptable for most memory chips. Here, it’s 0.05 V more than the default setting). Then, I gradually increased the frequency until I saw any signs of instability. I couldn’t run the RAM any faster than 6800 MHz with CL32. Still, it was a great result, especially for such a high-capacity kit.
