Day 2 Continued

One booth intrigued me quite a bit, it was big, and green, and, well, it also had nice looking women roaming around with glasses that looked like it came from the Sci-Fi Channel.  The company NTT DoCoMO, their product, Cell phones that have video phone capabilities, as well as the normal run of the mill cell phone features (i.e., digital cameras, mp3 players to name a few).  As of now, their phones are not yet available, but will be sometime in 2004.  AT&T will be one of the first cell phone carriers to offer the phones and its capabilities. (It is currently available in Japan now)  Their phones are larger than the ones that are appearing now, but its no bigger than the ones that came out a year ago, maybe just as big as PDA cell phones, if not a little smaller.  Aside from the video phone function, it also had a myriad of security measures, such as voice encoding and client authentication when making e-commerce transactions, and mobile payments.  The phones are also able to connect to a PC, so you can download schedules, and such over.  It also features a secure digital (SD) memory card slot, dual speakers for clearer sound, video, and picture capabilities, color screen and a battery life of 240 hours (continuous standby time, and a static time of 310 hours).
