Tomb Raider

The Tomb Raider benchmark is a DX11 title. Our scores are average frame rates so you need to keep a margin in mind for lower FPS at all times. This particular test has the following enabled:

  • DX11
  • Ultra Quality mode
  • FX AA enabled
  • 16x AF enabled
  • Hair Quality Normal (TressFX disabled)
  • Tessellation On
  • SSAO Ultra

We say 40 FPS in your preferred monitor resolution for this game should be your minimum, while 60 FPS (frames per second) can be considered optimal. The game rendered at close to 100 FPS at 6720x1080 on the Radeon R9 295x2.

Metro Last Light

This benchmark is a total biaaach, as it is very heavy on any graphics card. Still, we'll manage pretty well. Metro Last light supports a number of advanced DX11 features with the latest generation of DX11 graphics cards. Users with DX11 cards will experience advanced Depth of Field effects as well as Full Tessellation on character models. Image quality settings are maxed out, we are in DX11 mode, the game uses AAA anti-aliasing as standard, though we do not enable Super Sampled AA. We have Texture Filtering at 16xAF, Motion Blur and Tessellation at normal. We render an average of 45+ FPS with the Eyefinity setup.
