NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 40 series graphics card lineup has typically featured large cooler designs, often spanning three to four slots in thickness. This has left gamers with limited options for standard two-slot solutions. However, GALAX has recently introduced a groundbreaking addition to this lineup: the RTX 4060 Ti Max 16 GB Unparalleled Max. This GPU stands out due to its remarkable single-slot design, boasting an exceptionally slim 20 mm profile.  Previously previewed on GALAX's China website, the RTX 4060 Ti Max breaks away from the conventional multi-fan cooling setups commonly found in the market. Instead, it utilizes a unique vapor chamber cooling system in conjunction with a copper heatsink. With dimensions of 267x111x20 mm, this design is particularly suitable for smaller cases with space limitations, accommodating only a single-slot cooler.

The RTX 4060 Ti Max is factory-set to run at a default clock speed of 2535 MHz, with a power target of 165 Watts. These specifications provide a solid foundation for demanding GPU-intensive tasks. GALAX has currently only showcased a 16 GB version of this card, without confirming the availability of an 8 GB variant or the inclusion of a non-Ti model featuring this compact cooler design.

Notably, GALAX has enabled overclocking for the RTX 4060 Ti Max. However, it's important to note that the voltage regulation module setup consists of 6+2 VRMs situated on a six-layer PCB. While overclocking is feasible, it should be approached cautiously when using a compact single-slot cooler.
