noblechairs HERO Black Edition gaming chair review

Gaming Devices 119 Published by Krzysztof Hukalowicz 16

teaser

This time, we’re checking out (I think it’s the first time review on Guru3D for this type of gear) a gaming chair – it’s noblechairs HERO Black Edtion. The manufacturer is a company with headquarters in Germany, and it was established in Berlin in 2016. They have three main models (EPIC, HERO, and ICON), but they also introduce special editions(like AMG, Doom, Fallout, etc.), making the selection even harder. In general - choosing the right chair is a very important matter for daily usage, especially in these Covid times – when people have more “Home Office” and sit more at home than previously.

The Mountain Everest Max keyboard is the one we’re reviewing today. It’s not the first product of this German manufacturer that we got, as we check already the Makalu 67 mouse. But let’s get back to the keyboard topic - the first information about the Everest Max appeared on the web around March ’20. At first, it was available on Kickstarter, but it was (and is) possible to buy it on the manufacturer’s website.

Corsair K55 RGB PRO XT keyboard review

Gaming Devices 119 Published by Hilbert Hagedoorn 26

teaser

Corsair has released its new K55 RGB PRO XT series keyboard. The units have overhauled aesthetics, a better price point, and more RGB lighting zone than you can imagine. The truly interesting thing however is that the keyboard is membrane-based, so no mech switches here. This 69 USD product also has six G keys that can be configured with the Elgato Stream deck software and of course, iCUE also.

Corsair K65 RGB Mini keyboard review

Gaming Devices 119 Published by Krzysztof Hukalowicz 10

teaser

The Corsair K65 RGB Mini is a totally different proposition from Corsair. Yes, there were other K65's in the past. Yes, it’s a mechanical keyboard with RGB, but this time it comes in a small package (and I don’t mean the box). What can this newborn offer us? Well, plenty.

The Katar Pro Wireless is rather targeted at gamers, but it should also work more than fine as a regular mouse.

Corsair K60 RGB Pro keyboard review

Gaming Devices 119 Published by Krzysztof Hukalowicz 4

teaser

The Corsair K60 RGB Pro comes from a new line of devices by Corsair, and it’s the lowest-tier option in the RGB mechanical keyboards range (replacing the K65/K68 in this position). Still, you get dynamic per-key RGB backlighting (enhanced by amplified-underglow keycaps) that is fully customizable through Corsair iCUE software.

Lamptron is trying to find its new niche. They’re a company known mainly for their fan controllers –  something that’s seldom used anymore, because most motherboards have fan headers now, and there are hardly any cases with 5.25”drive bays. This time, we’re checking out their LCD screen for monitoring PC h/w data, the HM101. It’s this manufacturer’s subsequent attempt at market innovation, following in the footsteps of the Lamptron SM436 PCI Fan and LED controller.

It has been almost 6 years since Cougar released the 700K Aluminum Gaming keyboard. It received the iF Design Award in 2014 at the itme. Now, it’s time for the new version with a suffix – Evo – clearly suggesting that it’s an evolution with a name like Cougar 700K Evo.
