CPU Performance
Something quite unique to SOHO routers is the inclusion of a indicator of CPU usage for the ARM chip. This allowed me to see how far I could push the router.

That average cpu usage is sitting at 74%

With some filtering setup to load the cpu more heavily and armed with my large files for upload and download, I managed to get a singular spike of 95% usage. However this levelled out to 75% give or take a few percent. The only way to ramp the cpu usage up anymore is to start loading up the back plane with LAN to LAN traffic since both WAN ports were 100% loaded. Still, you would be hard pushed to get the cpu used this much in a real life situation.

What does the cpu usage mean?
Exactly the same as cpu usage in your desktop. More CPU usage means the slower something will likely take, or at least respond. Since the xincom router really did some work for the review and averaged 75% odd percent, we can safely say it has some capacity for a little hardwork.
