You do not need to install the 2.5” drives before putting them in the motherboard (like before in CG560 when using something bigger than the ITX standard). That’s a similar solution to CK560.
The front provides space for radiators up to 360 mm; the top is up to 360 mm (but I don’t think all AIOs would fit). We installed our old/trustworthy NZXT Kraken X62 (280 mm LCS) at the top because the front panel is relatively solid. Theoretically, you can install the E-ATX motherboard here, but it would block the cable grommets.
Routing the cables at the back of the motherboard tray wasn’t very difficult, as there’s about 20 mm of space for that.
The inside is very flexible in terms of the installation process. It’s possible to remove the 3.5” bays if you want to fully. Speaking of them, you need to flip the whole chassis around and take out the entire tray. This time it’s held in place by two screws (not a single thumbscrew).
