I've bought many things from Apple's online store all delivered by DHL, everything in excellent condition. I guess some a-hole was handling your package.

DHL used to be ok. Right about the time they bought Airbourne Express they started following a downward spiral. Have always had a better experience with UPS.

I've had a laptop slammed on the ground as hard as possible and the damage looks similar to this. This was definitely intentional, probably stomped on multiple times or something. Maybe they found out if it was an AMD or Nvidia GPU and were a fanboy of the opposite brand? :P

DHL is worst of the worst! They stole a camera I once bought from Amazon and delivered me the empty box. The box weight was registered right at every check-in (2 lbs), except for the latest two ones. Luckily, Amazon dealt responsively with the situation and sent me a second camera.

I'm curious as to why you even accepted that parcel. I would have told the courier to p**s right off on the doorstep and refused to take it. I don't know how the driver even had the nerve to deliver it...

Well I used to work for UPS and often we would receive packages from suppliers that were already damaged, they were meant to be returned though instead of shipped on to the customer.

Looks like someone either dropped a loaded pallet onto it or drove over it with a forklift. I cringe when DHL are handling my orders, something generally goes wrong..
