Good lord! I gave up on MSI a long, LONG time ago. Their laptops run hot, loud and ... other words.
Well... let's hope that they release something sensible, and not just another clone. Battery life! That's how they'll sell a LOT of these.
Oh, and a working sd card reader would also help.

Every gaming laptop runs hot and loud, this isn't exclusive to MSI. This is what happens when you stuff 250+ watts of components into a laptop chassis. It's just physics.

but yeah not really sure what people expect really. its amazing the fact they can stuff that much power into a laptop without it taking off! but these parts just too power hungry these days

They released two if memory serves, one that was basically a 360 controller with a screen and another that was a massive ipad with controllers strapped to the side. both called shield (or one may have been razer actually?)

My 5 years old GT73VR does it, stays clearly under 90 ℃. It's a keeper so far.
