Recent reports indicate that MSI is preparing to launch a new handheld gaming console, tentatively named "Claw." According to leaked information, this console is poised to incorporate a powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor and a substantial 32GB of memory. A leaked image, shared by @wxnod on platform X, appears to display the Claw. While the exact size of the device is not yet known, data from Geekbench has revealed key aspects of its hardware performance, confirming the use of the Intel Core Ultra 7 155H processor and 32GB memory. Intel's involvement in the Claw's hardware design has been previously suggested. The device is also expected to operate on Windows 11 Pro.

As of now, MSI has not officially confirmed these details. The company has released only a minimal teaser, with the formal announcement expected at CES 2024.

The Claw's design resembles that of traditional handheld gaming consoles. It features two thumb-sticks with RGB-lit orbits, a D-pad, four action buttons, triggers, and possibly a touchscreen with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Unlike cloud gaming devices such as the Logitech G Cloud, the Claw appears to be a standalone gaming console, as indicated by a promotional 350 RMB Steam voucher. Its functionality mirrors that of the ASUS ROG Ally, a Windows-based handheld console supporting platforms like Steam and EGS. While specifics are limited, further details are anticipated to be revealed at the 2024 International CES.
