Right on 🙂 Ill stick with my modded 780 lol However id like to see this card perform well...get both company to start up a performance race again lol And my buddy defiantly looking for this card...we shall see I also agree with above we need to see some numbers asap or as someone mentioned to me they are leaning on that mantle technology idk though. :3eyes:

((i'll take it for £300...:@) )) am guessing bf4 is the standard edition. Was very tempted but...resisted the urge.

That's more like it. A very good idea from the OCUK people. Yeah, mitzi76, something along the TITAN/780 OC performance line would be an awesome upgrade for you. If I were in your shoes, wanted to upgrade and had the money, I would deposit the money. Afaik, there are only 8000 of this bundles available

well am still running ok most games @1920x1200 even if I have to run with high's and 2xaa (bf4 for example) and on the shopping list is a new screen/ps4/gpu/another ssd. so gonna be sensible and wait for more info. or sell a kidney hehe. p.s i have a soft spot for ocuk as they are based in staffs, seems they at least have some of the brains that should be natural being from that region 🙂 interestingly it's £80 plus V.A.T I hope they repay the V.A.T

This is stupid, AMD! I don't want R9 290X to beat the TITAN and cost $300 less! For that I have my GTX 780 that costed me $400 less! What I want is a R9 290X that demolishes the TITAN. I want +20% more performance for $300 less! That's what we all want and you had almost 2 years to deliver what we want, AMD. Did you succeed? I hope so.

Exactly what I am thinking. GK110 (Titan)as a technology has been here for years and all AMD did was that it played a little price war with their not as good GPUs. We need a new contender for the best GPU. If AMD will not deliver again then all we can expect from next years Maxwell is that Nvidia will only release the main****** chip like it did with GK106 and will give us their best only a year later when AMD will eventually get close to it. And it's still going to cost a liver and an eye to get. AMD please bring in something proper! And am not talking mantle. that will help but am pretty sure that if it will make a difference Nvidia will release their version of it and that is just gonna piss people off as not many game creators are gonna support both and it's gonna be like a console war within PC..

I doubt that the card will be that expensive, because if it is it better be at least 20% faster than Titan on DX not Mantle...

Its pre-order chill, retail price will be max 600$, probably 550$ or so.

Of course, he should just 'slip some info' which, by mission of action, will simultaneously get his name added to multiple blacklists, thereby destroying his site/business and rendering him persona non grata the internet over. All worth it just so you can have 'some info' 🙄 @ Topic If this card is so awesome, why not just spill the beans already and why are they expecting people to preorder an ~$800.00 item based purely on faith. In this world of pre-order, early access etc, I take nothing on faith and a company that is not willing to show me their cards (pardon the pun) while asking for a sizeable amount of money in advance and sight unseen, is not confidence inspiring imho.

I never saw titan below 900-950$ for pre-order, more like 1100$+ Same thing by GTX780 over 750$

Is this like a common thing? I've pre-ordered like three cards in my life and all had the same price as they were at launch, including the 690 I have now.
