So... it's a low level scheduler update or something? Only for the latest CPUs so they can... create a difference between 13th and 14th gen that's not there hardware wise? *sighs* These days it's all too easy to see through their tricks and disguises... also the slide says "14th gen S-series processors" while the article specifically refers to MSI's update that's only mentioned as being for K and KF SKUs... without the sauce, I have to google. Search tells me, MSI does indeed offer it to non-S-series CPUs.

Only 2 games benefit from APO right now and it has been a month since people were aware of it, Intel just seem to be void of competitiveness atm

That Intel blocked this software feature to 14th Gen only, is a really bad, that hurts anyone with a 13th or 12th gen CPU.

There is no reason for 12 and 13gen not to support APO. Try to make people upgrade to 14gen :P

They have become Nvidia with this behaviour.

It utilizes the Thread Director so potentially 12th gen could be a real roadblock (time if not anything else) as Intel made changes to it for 13th gen. That certainly doesn't excuse it not being available to the 14600K/KF or 13th gen K/KF SKUs of course.
