It would nice to dev to enlarge the spectrum... BUT it would be more nice for GPU maker to do the same, most of the time closed tech become obsolete with time... (who remember NVidia physX now?)

Who? UE3,UE4,Unity and more engines using NVidia physX. This garbage is widely used, sadly.

and it's such a shame. I don't know why Epic went that route but their in-house Chaos engine is slow and crappy, everyone knows that. old versions of physx are miles better.

physx 3 was also able to crash servers if the collision buckets were too big XD

What is REALLY interesting is the fact, that the mod implementation in CP77 uses DLSS upscaler and feeds this images into the FSR 3.0 frame gen. So for ppl like me (and milions of others) who are on the non 4xxx GPUs, we get Frame gen with nice DLSS upscales. Its really really REALLY good. I really like AMD for this, Opensourcing this tech will make so many games much better for everybody. Unlike nGreedia. I despise that company in a same manner, they despise us, gamers and their customers.

This is what's great about open-source: it doesn't take long for modders to circumvent proprietary platforms, or, to make games do things the devs likely never planned to support.

How does the IQ look compared to not using any upscaling, i know frame rate would be lower but im interested in how the IQ scales with the increase in frame rate.

I play AW2 dsr'd from 1080p to 2880*1620p and then back down to dlss quality 1080p and IQ is the same as without this fg hack, the only downside was i felt the latency and minor ghosting? Not sure but i saw like micro stutter when i moved camera mouse.. one guru3d user mentioned some ini tweak to disable one setting, I haven't tried it yet. But overall I was very impressed, max ingame RT including path tracing went from 40-50fps up to 90-110fps.

I was interested to test FG and Ray Reconstruction with DLSS in CP2077 compared to without, I think the image quality is higher with both on than without, and obviously there's a huge boost in framers. Haven't noticed any ghosting or latency but to be honest o don't go looking for those kinds of things.

Yes, of course, FSR3 mod by LukeFZ, but it is still in closed testing phase in his Discord channel (if you have desire and opportunity, support him on patreon and after that you will be able to download this mod). Or, you can wait for the release of this mod on NexusMods 😉
