This has been prove to be 100% fake , click and bait for views article. What i have heard from my sources in the industry is that there won't be a 14900KS as the silicon on the 14900K it's already 100% maxed out.

And you are more trustworthy because...? I'm not saying this rumor is true; even if the 14900K isn't maxed out, it's definitely close enough to make a KS a pointless product, but saying "my sources" while citing none of them and having no real credentials here is a rather moot anecdote.

Because i have worked with ASRock , Asus and Swiftech water cooling company and have deep contacts in the industry lol , you have no idea the things that i know 😉 but due to nda i cannot disclose names and a lot of information. Also been one of the Top extreme overclockers in the whole world helps me a lot. DudeYou dont have to be an asshole 🙄 if you don't know who i am it's not my problem. I'm just passing forward some info , that's all.

Not trying to be an asshole, but considering you are effectively anonymous, why should anyone take what you say more seriously than Hilbert? I wouldn't even know you're one of the top overclockers because I have no idea how to even look you up beyond googling "chispy overclock", and that's assuming I would have a reason to do that. Your account here has nothing to identify you - no name, no website, no social media links, no signature, etc. While I've seen you around here for a long time (and as such, I know you're smarter than the average user here), you're still effectively a nobody to me. That's not meant to be an insult, it's just the consequence of your anonymity. I too am a nobody - as such, if I said "no really, the 14900KS is going to be released. I know one of Intel's leading engineers", why should you believe me? If you were to ask who it is, I could also say it's an NDA. Trust can't be earned in secrecy. You're not obligated to reveal anything more than you did, but you have to understand that your authority will be questioned when the only evidence of your credibility is your seniority here.

There won't be a 14900KS. Period. Move on and buy your binned K/KF samples instead, and save your e-raging for Arrow Lake with more yawn 8 P cores. There's more people here with contacts than you may care to believe. Nothing exciting until 10+P cores comes out with Lunar Lake+.

Does that statement make sense to you? Hilbert isn't claiming anything. He is simply reporting news posted from another outside source. Keywords that he said include "may, if, speculation" etc. Besides that point, yes it's true that there will be no 14900KS.

It does make sense because I'm not saying Hilbert's source is more trustworthy. Note my original post wasn't exactly believing the rumor either, because he's referring to an external source about a product that makes no sense. That means for the time being, all claims about the 14900KS are just hearsay and therefore rather moot. However, Hilbert himself is more trustworthy, because we [ostensibly] know his name, we're on his website, he's good about not being biased, he's usually (not always) good about not releasing outlandish rumors, and sometimes has some insider information. So riddle me this: does it make sense to you and the others upvoting you/chispy that saying "trust me bro" doesn't and shouldn't work when coming from someone who is effectively anonymous? I could see how some of you may know him/her personally and therefore feel is completely trusted, but is it really that hard to understand why I don't?
