Black Edition? How is AMD not suing over this?

I'd probably buy a 14790 over a 14700 any day. Looks like a product a lot of people outside of China would buy as well. I'm just confused, I think there's a typo here?
This is in contrast to the Core i7-14700F, which is priced slightly higher and offers a 16-core configuration with 8 performance cores, 12 efficiency cores, and 28 threads. The Core i7-14790F, more accessible to the Chinese market, features a total of 16 cores as well, but with a different composition: 8 performance cores, 8 efficiency cores, and 24 threads.
I guess the 14700F has a 20 core config then?

The 14700 is 8+12=20 core CPU. No reason to take this 8+8 config over a 14700. I'd take 4 more cores over 3MB of LLC. LLC = 3MB per P-core + 3MB for each E-cores module. The extra LLC makes this look like a failed 13900 or 14900, with 2 modules worth of e-cores disabled but the cache still connected.

At first i thought the same but apparently "Black Edition" is used by several companies on several different industries, so it must be something that can`t be trademarked like that, i think.
