Now I just wait for the MSI GTX 1080ti 11G gaming X or similar and we have a far better then reference card 🙂 I can see greater performance then this after 3rd party cards comes out. The rest is up to Nvidia to fix on the driver side. I give it 3 months and we will have even better performance on this card.

I wouldn't expect too much. Probably the same as usual with stock clocks and stock boost being 10%~ with better temps and noise.

Anandtech found that the cooler was improved. 1.5db less for the same cooling performance. Also the default thermal point is 84c. So it's always going to be 84c no matter how much they improve the cooling.

Yes and no. The vram speed has nothing to do with the amount. It's 11GB because they cut the memory controller. The 11Ghz speed is just a new chip. They could do a 12GB, 11Ghz card if they wanted. They cut the Ti down probably because some of the Titan X (P) they were making had problems with the memory controller. So they recouped those chips by just selling a card with the controller cut as the Ti.

Not bad, though it seems pretty minimal with as much space as the DVI connector eats.

Killing the competition would imply any Vega-based GPU comes anywhere close to this price point. But yes, there's a good chance this will still outperform the RX 490/590.

Has there been a monitor yet that has all of the following features: 1. 32" - 40" 2. IPS or VA 3. 4K - 16:9 4. G-Synce or FreeSync 5. Curved screen I'm on a 27" QHD that I love right now, but I would like a larger presentation at some point. However, I use a pair of 30" Dell monitors at work, and I think they're just at the cusp of needing a curved presentation. I like to sit really close to my screens, so I'm thinking a curved 40" would be a solid step up. I'm not concerned with refresh rates beyond 60hz.

If you're not concerned with refresh rates then why do you care about G/Free-Sync? To my knowledge, v-sync still prevents screen tearing at frame rates below 60FPS. Personally, I'd rather go for 3 separate monitors, but I'm cheap.

To know what it's worth, someone would need to tape shut as much of the grate as a DVI connector would take, and then see if the card could hold the same clocks for an extended period, perhaps also to see if the OC potential remained. After all, it's possible Nvidia was able to clock this a bit higher by dropping the DVI. At least of late, Nvidia has also left more OC room for enthusiasts than AMD.

1200$+ card vs 699$ card.. I bet all those people that bought titan X are happy

If you need to ask how much it is, Titan isn't for you.

Chances of AMD releasing two 14/16nm GPUs in May/June are very slim imho. I am hoping for >= GTX1080 level of performance @400-450 Euros.

I know how much it is, the point it 1200+$ card is bet by 699 card... with years time, it waste money to any one with brain people with money to burn and no brain need not apply cause the reason why card prices keep going cause they know stupid will buy it
