ASUS halts their dual Android Windows 8 Tablet after pressure from Google. This regards the Transformer Book Duet TD300, due to resistance from Google, according to a Chinese-language Economic. Asustek originally planned to start marketing the TD300 in Asia and Europe in the first quarter of 2014, and in the US in the second quarter, the paper said.

In this review we take the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti WindForce for a spin. The card is obviously based on NVIDIAs Maxwell based GTX 750 Ti GPU. Gigabyte designed their own PCB, tweaked the card a hint and applied a WindForce model cooler on the product. The WindForce cooler works as the temperatures stay at 45 Degrees C under full gaming load. Not bad.

Jon Peddie Research (JPR), the industry's research and consulting firm for graphics and multimedia, announced estimated graphics chip shipments and suppliers' market share for 2013 4Q. The quarter was the second quarter in a row to show a gain in shipments, up 1.6% quarter-to-quarter, and up 2% compared to the same quarter last year.

Microsoft offers Fix it patch for IE9 and IE10 zero-day exploit

The exploit was first discovered and published by the FireEye security firm, which added that it was used by the mystery hackers to compromise the website of the U.S. Veterans of Foreign Wars. Microsoft has now released a quick "Fix It" patch that will close the exploit in both IE9 and IE10.

More than 2600 North American developers have been surveyed in preparation for the upcoming Game Developers Conference in March. The survey polled which platforms developers are planning on making games for, and how they plan on seeking funding. Perhaps unsurprisingly, PS4 is the most popular console platform for developers, with 20% intending to make games for Sony's new console. To compare, only 17% and 4% of those surveyed said they will work on Xbox One and Wii U respectively.

Samsung to implement fingerprint sensor in Galaxy S5
