NVIDIA will reveal three new GeForce GTX 700 series branded cards in the coming weeks, likely around Computex time (end May / beginning of June). These cards will be based on current GPUs though, the next-gen architecture (aka Maxwell) from NVIDIA isn't expected to arrive until 2014, so we have to make due with slight updates of current offering.

There have been several rumors for a while now that NVIDIA would be building an LE version of the GeForce GTX Titan. We can now expand that even further, as it seems there will be two new models release. An even faster Ultra edition and thus the cheaper LE edition. German website 3dcenter claims that the GeForce GTX TITAN LE has 2496 Shader cores, 208 TMUs, 40 ROPs, and a 320-bit wide memory interface (5120 MB memory.) The tertiary GK110 product would then be the GeForce  GTX TITAN Ultra.

Razer Scammed with Thousands of 90% Off Coupons

An interesting story, the internet is often renowned for its amazing bargains, but in the uncharted waters of cyberspace the best deals are usually too good to be true. A few days ago, a rogue coupon code was discovered at Razer's UK online store, simply by typing “1234” there. The coupon code that provided a discount of 90% off Razer products at the UK Razerzone store went viral and thousands of orders were placed in the space of a couple of hours. This coupon code was NOT authorized nor approved by Razer and was generated by a third party to test the  shopping cart. And it went viral, which resulted in a frenzy of online purchases. While internet scams are all too common, the company's response to this matter is somewhat shocking. Instead of canceling the shady orders, Razer has decided to honor them, but with some limitations.

Buffalo anounced  another one of its upcoming dual-band WiFi router, the WZR-600DHP2. The device is equipped with a USB 2.0 port, four LAN ports and one Internet LAN port, and supports for dual-band WiFi access point (11n/g 2.4GHz band – 11n/a 5GHz band). The WZR-600DHP2 will go on sale from early May for 10,500 Yen (about $107).

Well here's the answer to that :) 10,000 iPhone 5 Domino showcases 10,000 iPhones (that's right TEN THOUSAND iPhones) falling neatly in patterns. These CG iPhones' feature NFC (Near Field Communications) concept that enable content to be passed on from one iPhone screen to another. Look closely at the video and see if you can tell if it is real or not. Either way, it's a good advertising gimmick for Apple.

Windows 8.1 to bring back familiar parts of Windows 7

Paul Thurrott posted on WinSuperSite.com, via unnamed sources, that the Windows team had objections to restoring the Start button for the first major update to Windows 8. However, it appears that Microsoft's upper management made an executive decision and overruled the Windows team, telling them the Start button is back in the Windows 8.1 desktop UI. The article does not give any specifics on which members of the Microsoft executive team pulled the trigger to put the Start button back in Windows 8.1.8.1 is bringing back some familiar parts of Windows 7

Aimed at business users, this new 23-inch monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000;1 contrast ratio and 250 cd/m2 brightness, and consumes just 16.6W of power during normal operation. In terms of connectivity ports, it has DVI, D-Sub and DisplayPort.

Bethesda has announced The Evil Within. Formerly codenamed Zwei, this survival-horror game is headed up by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami and is set for release next year on PS3, Xbox 360, PC and next-gen consoles. Intel roadmap shows Haswell-E, Haswell Refresh and Skylake

Check out this desktop platform roadmap slide from Intel that reveals Intel is planning to launch the Haswell Refresh Platform (aka Broadwell) around mid-2014, with Haswell-E (Lituya Bay) following in late 2014 and the 14nm Skylake platform around Q2 2015. Haswell-E and Skylake will reportedly support DDR4 memory, Haswell-E is rumored to continue using LGA2011 but Skylake will likely will use a new socket.
