he Nvidia RTX 4090, a top-tier consumer-grade graphics card from the company, has been in persistent demand, especially the Founders Edition model. Despite its price being consistent with its Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for a significant duration of the past year, recent data indicates a departure from this stability.

Within the previous month, Add-In Board (AIB) partner RTX 4090 cards have seen a price increase of approximately $50. At present, it's challenging to find any RTX 4090 variant at the original $1,599 MSRP. Price inflation started around mid-June, with notable hikes observed until September. This price escalation isn't confined to just the US; Europe, too, witnesses a similar trend, with even the Founders Edition recording a €30 increase since May.

While the precise reasons behind these price dynamics are yet to be ascertained, they seem to concur with the RTX 4090 shortages.  With the festive shopping season on the horizon, market observers are hopeful for a comeback of RTX 4090 offers, aligning prices back with the MSRP.
