Greenliant has expanded its lineup of dependable eMMC solid-state drives (SSDs) with the introduction of the budget-friendly VX Series. These SSDs, enclosed in a 153-ball package and equipped with high-quality 3-bit-per-cell (TLC) NAND technology, offer capacities of 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB. The eMMC NANDrive VX Series is designed to operate in a wide temperature range (-25 to +85 degrees Celsius) and delivers sequential read/write speeds of up to 318/227 MB/s, along with an impressive endurance of 3,000 program-erase (P/E) cycles.

Arthur Kroyan, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Greenliant, highlighted the VX Series' value proposition, stating, "Our wide temperature eMMC NANDrive VX Series SSDs combine affordability with exceptional performance and robust features to meet the diverse needs of industrial, networking, POS, and transportation applications. The addition of the VX Series gives customers even more options to choose a reliable eMMC SSD that fits their price, performance, and endurance specifications."

In line with its commitment to meeting demanding data retention and endurance requirements, Greenliant has elevated the eMMC NANDrive EX Series by incorporating EnduroSLC Technology to support even higher levels of endurance. The previously available 50,000, 100,000, and 250,000 high-endurance eMMC NANDrive EX Series SSDs now offer 75,000, 150,000, and an industry-leading 400,000 P/E cycles, respectively. Operating reliably in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius, these SSDs are particularly suited for write-intensive workloads and extreme temperature, high-stress environments.

The eMMC NANDrive EX Series SSDs are available in 100-ball (2 GB-4 GB) and 153-ball (2 GB-32 GB) packages. For applications requiring extended product lifecycles, EX Series SSDs are included in Greenliant's Long-Term Availability (LTA) program, ensuring a stable supply of high-endurance data storage products for up to a decade.

Greenliant's eMMC NANDrive portfolio also includes the MX Series, designed for industrial temperatures (-40°C to +85°C) and equipped with 2-bit-per-cell (MLC) NAND. The eMMC NANDrive MX Series SSDs come in 100-ball (8 GB) and 153-ball (8 GB-64 GB) packages, offering an endurance rating of 5,000 P/E cycles.

Availability: Greenliant is currently providing samples of the eMMC NANDrive VX Series SSDs to customers, with volume production expected to commence in January 2024. The eMMC NANDrive EX Series SSDs, featuring enhanced endurance levels of 75K, 150K, and an industry-leading 400K P/E cycles, are already available for shipping.
