CORSAIR has plans to acquire Endor AG, the parent company of Fanatec, a top-tier brand in sim racing hardware. The negotiations, now exclusive, involve CORSAIR addressing Endor's immediate financial needs and restructuring approximately $76.4 million USD (€70 million) of its debt. Andy Paul, CEO of CORSAIR, emphasized the strategic fit, noting, "Fanatec has built an impressive community and product line that align perfectly with CORSAIR's long-term vision for growth in the sim racing domain." This acquisition is poised to relieve Endor of its substantial debt burden while ensuring continued innovation and expansion in their product offerings.

Endor AG, under the leadership of CEO and Chief Restructuring Officer Andres Ruff, expressed confidence in CORSAIR as a strategic partner that deeply understands the sim racing market. Ruff highlighted the synergy between the companies as a cornerstone for future development and success. Specializing in high-end sim racing gear such as force feedback steering wheels, pedals, and complete setups for various platforms, Endor enhances CORSAIR’s portfolio in the simulation hardware category. This move aligns with CORSAIR's ongoing investment in simulation technologies, securing its position as a leader in providing advanced sim racing solutions.
