AMD has introduced its updated Software Adrenalin drivers, marked as version 23.10.2 Beta. This new release is analogous to the earlier version 23.10.1 WHQL, with the significant differentiation being the integration of AMD Anti-Lag+ support. Previously, Anti-Lag+ inadvertently activated Valve's Anti-Cheat (VAC) system in Counter Strike 2, resulting in unintended bans for some players.

Similar issues were recognized in several games, leading AMD to suspend Anti-Lag+ functionality across the board and recommend users transition to the updated driver.

In response, AMD has been engaging with game developers, aiming to reverse the bans affecting gamers due to the Anti-Lag+ feature. The company has assured ongoing updates on the matter as they gather more details. Parallel to its predecessor, the Software Adrenalin drivers, version 23.10.2 Beta, incorporate enhancements for games such as Assassin's Creed Mirage, Lords of the Fallen, and Forza Motorsport. The release also focuses on rectifying specific concerns observed in Starfield, Counter Strike 2, and EA FC 23, alongside other general bug fixes.
