The new Little Big Disk (LBD) has a ribbed aluminum shell and glowing blue orb on the front that serves as both a power button and drive activity indicator. Hardware installation is simply, you need tp plug in the connector into the motherboard and feed the unit with a power adapter.
Here you can see the cable connected. Als you can see a second DP / ThunderBolt connector, obviously you use that one for daisy chaining more devoices. Interesting fact, the unit is equipped with two SSDs so you expect silence... well as a fan is keeping those dual SSDs cool does make a fair bit of noise.
And here we can see the DP / ThunderBolt host port with the controller IC sitting to the right of it.
