The MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Ventus 3X is presented as an economical choice within the RTX 4070 series, offering performance that aligns with the expectations of the product line. The new models are equipped with a 3-slot, triple-fan cooling system, and are designed without LED lights or logos, catering to users who prefer their PC builds to be housed in cases without windows. 

MSI has priced the Ventus 3X edition modestly at MSRP $799 Targeted at ray tracing, DLSS, and AI-powered assists, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER offers quite a bit of performance. The GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER boasts impressive features such as ray tracing, DLSS3, and AI-powered assists, making it an attractive choice for gamers who demand optimal performance. With 8448 (was 7680) shader cores and 16GB of 21Gbps GDDR6X memory across a 256-bit wide memory interface, the graphics card delivers a maximum bandwidth of 672 GB/s. It also includes 66 RT cores, 264 Tensor cores, 264 TMUs, and 112 ROPs, using 45.9 Billion transistors counting AD103 silicon as the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, with 66 streaming multiprocessors being enabled.

On January 8th, 2024, NVIDIA introduced the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, a high-performance graphics card designed for the PC gaming community. This card is built using the 5 nm process technology and features the AD103 graphics processor, specifically the AD103-275-A1 variant. It is fully compatible with DirectX 12 Ultimate, ensuring it can efficiently run the latest games and support upcoming titles with advanced features like hardware-ray tracing and variable-rate shading. The AD103 processor is a large chip with a 379 mm² die area and contains 45,900 million transistors. While it shares the same GPU as the fully-enabled GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER, the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER has fewer shader units to align with its design specifications. It includes 8448 shading units, 264 texture mapping units, and 112 ROPs. Additionally, it is equipped with 264 tensor cores for improved machine learning performance and 66 ray tracing acceleration cores for advanced rendering. The reference clocked cards come with 16 GB of GDDR6X memory, connected through a 256-bit memory interface. It operates at a base clock speed of 2340 MHz and can boost up to 2610 MHz, while the memory runs at 1400 MHz (22.4 Gbps effective data-rate). For power, the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER uses a triple-slot design and is powered by a single 16-pin connector, with a maximum power consumption of 285 W. It offers various display outputs, including 1x HDMI 2.1 and 3x DisplayPort 1.4a, and connects to the system through a PCI-Express 4.0 x16 interface. At launch, the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER is priced at $799, positioning it as an attractive option for those seeking top-tier graphics performance. 

MSI has unveiled the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Ventus 3X 16GB, powered by the NVIDIA ADA104 GPU. This model is offered at the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) and features a more limited configuration as it's specced all reference including the boost frequency of 2610 MHz. It includes a conventional 8-pin power connector and is fitted with a triple-fan cooling system for efficient thermal management.
