Of course we are interested to see what's under the hood also. So we carefully took off the FlowFX cooling unit and took some photo's.
My bet is that some people, not necessarily from NVIDIA, scratch themselves on their head thinking why did he do this? Hey, we just wanted to know. This is FlowFX disassembled.
Once FlowFX is gone we get a somewhat nicer picture of the PCB.
I can confirm that this is a 100% Reference design ;)
And the backside of the card
Judging from the graphics core this is revision A2 of the silicon.
The pink goop ladies and gentlemen is of course a remain of the applied cooling paste.
