The unit is compact, measuring W x L x H (11.7 cm x 11.2 cm x 4.9 cm) and weighing 652 g. The Geekom A5 has many port options and effectively caters to individual requirements. It includes, e.g., USB 3.2 (Type-A and Type-C) and HDMI 2.0b.

At the bottom, you see four rubber pads; the anchoring to the support surface is very good.

The Geekom A5 uses the Wi-Fi 6 module, offering high and consistent data transfer rates on a 5GHz network. These rates are more than adequate for daily use; more on that in the network chapter of this review. The Geekom A5 also includes a wall mount, allowing easy attachment.
