So here we line up the PSU into the ATX compatible mounting bracket, we just slide it in and secure it with four screws. We now connect a power cable extender that leads to the backside of the node 304 .
Admittedly that looks pretty bad-ass, but it definitely is a heap of wires to deal with. In fact at the rear side of the PSU the wires exit, and though you might fit a dedicated graphics card, I can see complications there in terms of room. So it probably is better to use a modular PSU if you are going for a dedicated graphics card as you would only be using the wires you really need.
Elegant, simple and definitely feature rich for a compact chassis. Here we have reinserted the HDD bays, we have an APU so we won't be needing a dedicated graphics card. But overall that's what your build would roughly look like.
Once we close up the chassis and power it on we see a subtle blue LED at the lower right front enable itself. That looks nice. The Fractal Design offers incredible clean looks and again that word, subtle is what is popping into my mind continuously.
