Assassins Creed a Mirage for the eyes
In our latest technical review, we conducted performance evaluations of Assassin's Creed Mirage at its maximum graphics settings, utilizing high-end video cards from both the Intel ARC, GeForce RTX and Radeon RX series. Our analysis focused on assessing the game's graphical performance and display quality. The goal was to determine the graphical intensity and hardware demands of the newest addition to the Assassin's Creed series.In this game performance analysis, we evaluate the performance of Assassin's Creed Valhalla on PC, focusing on its interaction with a range of contemporary AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards. Our analysis includes approximately 30 different graphics cards to assess the game's visual demands. Despite previous reservations regarding Ubisoft's titles due to historical issues, Mirage presents impressive visuals even in the absence of the latest technological advancements like Raytracing. The game poses a considerable challenge to GPU processing power, which will be demonstrated through rigorous testing and benchmarking.
Utilizing the AnvilNext engine, also employed in titles such as Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, and Assassin's Creed Valhalla operates on DirectX 12 and showcases high-fidelity environments, dynamic weather effects, and intricate details. Our benchmarks will measure the average frame rates across multiple resolutions, including Full HD (1920x1080), WQHD (2560x1440), and Ultra HD (3840x2160), the latter offering four times the pixel count of Full HD. To provide an accurate representation of performance, we conduct tests using the latest optimized drivers available for both AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce graphics solutions. Additionally, we introduce a new test platform for our assessments, featuring the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processor, which offers exceptional processing capabilities for gaming applications.
The benchmarks presented will not only focus on raw performance metrics but also consider the in-game experience relative to the hardware employed. This technical review is intended for those seeking detailed information on the hardware requirements necessary to achieve an optimal gaming experience with Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and to understand how different GPUs stack up against the demanding visuals of this high-profile game.
