The Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB box is mainly black. You can see the compatibility of the CPUs, the information about the bundled (MX-6) thermal paste, etc.

The cooler and the mounting kits are put inside a bit of cardboard, a plastic tray.
Everything arrived safe and sound. The accessories and the RGB-related stuff are placed in a separate paper box. The three included 120 mm fans with ARGB lighting are already installed.
