It's got these cameras, but as I recall from mars rover in 2012, images take quite a while to come back (longer in this case), get cleaned up, corrupt data scrubbed and combined back into a single image.
These are the camera modules on it.
Scientist man just said that the anchors did not shoot, or at least anchor in, so I guess it might float off perhaps. It'll be there a while at least, enough to get some data. Talking about reshooting them.
BLEH!
The KSP skills are strong with these ones. 😀

Unfortunately the harpoons did indeed not fire, and with the thruster on top broken they're now faced with the problem of staying on the comet. If they do fire them (without the landing momentum) then the probe could be pushed off if they don't work as intended or if the ground is too soft since the gas thruster wouldn't be able to counteract that force, if they don't fire them then I would think they would eventually be thrown off with the spin.
Image of the comet from the lander.

It seems there are ice screws in the feet, so they may still work yet.

It's crazy when you realise that both objects are travelling around 40000 mph.
The math involved must be astronomical.

The director of ESA is giving a speech now, he seems to be skirting the issue of landing being maintained. Can't watch any longer tonight.

Lander status is unknown it seems, they're going to check overnight to try resolve the attachment issue.
