Gaming mice are the best office mice since the proper office ones use the crappy laser sensors (last time I checked). Ergonomics of good sensors hasn't caught on all around, sadly. There is less fatigue from not having to compensate for inaccurate pointers, being slightly off in consistency. Over time this makes a difference in getting less arm discomfort, but people don't know this until they try it as they are used to fighting the mouse more than they need to.
