I mean, that's a specific kit for that specific Asus Apex motherboard. I doubt even The Formula or Hero can run at those speeds. Any other mobo won't get close to that at stock voltage, even with a golden CPU. Oh and the latency 7800 cas 38 is 9.74ns. DDR4 3800 cas 18 is 9.47ns. DDR5 is a mess right now.
