Some would argue the biggest problem is the lack of dedicated RT cores. DLSS is pretty good for what it is but the cons outweigh the pros IMO. I would argue AMD's Windows drivers are their biggest problem, as they are utter crap. On Linux, the 6800XT trades blows with the 3090 despite the huge difference in specs and power draw. Granted, this is raster performance, but for it to punch above its weight means there ought to be some resources left over for RT.
