it's just battlefield in star wars universe. Nothing special just move along. Thanks for the Vid though.

This logic really makes no sense. Battlefront always was Battlefield (or open-warfare with vehicles) gameplay in star wars, so to expect it to be anything different? What? Logic? no logic?

I want to like this game but I really dislike 3rd person view in shooter games. That alone makes this unlike Battlefield (which I love) and much more like a straight-up console game. If they allow 1st person view at all times then I may get interested. On a side note, previous Battlefront titles and the first 4 or 5 Battlefield games had offline/online bot/co-op support. It would be great if they added that back in. Fun for home LAN parties and always great learning tools if nothing more.

You can switch between first and third person any time, like in GTA V.

I love Star Wars Universe, I enjoy Battlefield games - this is a must title for me 🙂 Most probably they will "improve" the Frostbite engine a bit, so my present graphic card will be too slow for LOW settings... I guess this game will suck my wallet dry 🙂

So long as 1st person is properly there, I'm hopeful. All the videos I've seen have been 3rd person, save a few sniping shots. 🙂

Battlefront 2 you were able to be in 1st or 3rd person. So frankly that option doesnt bother me at all. I guess its just the people who never really played the different options in the original games that are having difficulties grasping that concept.
