Since the Samsung does beat the Shield in 3 of the widely used benchmarks, they can say it is the fastest. Whether that is enough basis for a lawsuit, I don't know.

I guess another reason Samsung is attempting to sue Nvidia was due to their previous 1 billion law suit buy Apple which they lost. Samsung are trying to get some cash back, if you get what I mean. 🙂

WTF there sueing over who is faster now? seriously 90% of those benchmarks are faster on the tegra k1 even if it only a lil for some of them. America the land of the FREE where you can sue for the stupidest of things!
