Code table UTF-8 differences in-between two databases. Basically the forums import news items from a different collocated database. basically it shows " ' quotes etc in such chars. This will be fixed with a future update.

samsung vs apple, apple vs the world, NVidia vs intel, samsung vs M$, and now samsung vs NVidia... it's like "Dallas" at start it is fun then it is borring.

So basically nvidia is claiming that they have the fastest SoC based solely on GPU benchmarks, and I for one cannot believe that Nvidia is claiming that the Shield outscored the 5433 in geek bench and antutu (Exynos 5433: 50k Nvidia Shield: 46k).
The A8X found in the Air 2 is also a lot faster than the K1 found inside both the nexus 9 and shield tablet.

The only ones really benefitting off such stuff are the law firms and hired lawyers. Neither the companies, nor the customers. Let them play 🙄

I tend to see this lawsuit as a nice joke, marketing is marketing, and well, in smartphone / tablet, things are allready out of touch since a good while anyway.
( whatever is the brand or OS ) ..
Here we speak about SOC, and yes thats a bit different.
If only this could push to get real benchmarks on tablet / phone, because today, the benchmarks used are a real joke.
I know some reviewers are in relation and some developpers are now trying to get their hands together for create proper benchmarks.. Including control of the image quality when benchmarking GPU.. ( filterings option etc ). Problem is some OS dont give them the control needed.

Nvidia always fall short in their SOC's I've noticed. When they release one SOC, Samsung or Qualcomm releases one better shortly after every time.

China owns only 8% of our total debt. It's not even 90% of all our U.S. foreign debt, much less total debt.

This lawsuit happening in Virginia reduces the chance of Samsung winning either way. Our courts are notorious for siding with local (Va) companies (much worse than the courts Samsung is used to fighting Apple in). The fact that Velocity is a much smaller company, hurts Samsung even more. The courts will try to protect the smaller company as much as the law allows. Oh well, all these lawsuits are getting stupid anyway....and Samsung suing another company over marketing is just a bad joke.

Yeah I have no sympathy for Samsung either way. Anandtech proved that they are intentionally boosting clockspeeds of their processors to hidden states in order to come out slightly ahead in benchmarks on Android. Still Nvidia's marketing department just makes things worse for them image wise.

I don't think any company should be able to claim the fastest gpu in the world if six months later a faster gpu comes out, what about those who are clueless about pc hardware they could pick up a gfx and then the advertised specs on the box like fasted gpu in the world could be six months out of date info lol its all BS that should not be aloud for marking as these claims are very short lived at best.
these claims are grate for reivews online etc but I don't agree that they should print the statement on the box of the products.

Actually you are right, dont worry this was a bit of exageration. China old 7.2% and Japan 7% who acount on the total of 34.4% of foreign debt ( thats for Nation foreign owners, governement debt, in reality things are a bit more complicated )...

Yeah, I got a good laugh from that article. Personally, I don't care which mobile processor is faster. I'm not buying based on the processor in the phone/tablet anyway. I buy which ever phone/tablet offers the best overall experience. Considering Samsung has botched the user experience on every one of their phones/tablets I've ever bought, I find them making such a claim against NVidia comical at best. Samsung is the master of broken promises.....

Haha oh lawd. You cant sue someone because they said x is better than y. By those benchmarks, the NV soc is faster period.
