considering laptops are the biggest seller in pc's this is a big deal. also very big but unreported is the efficiency uplift and the fact that these apu's are good to go for (at least 1080p) gaming

There's a bunch of info here: https://wccftech.com/amd-ryzen-8000-strix-point-apus-spotted-two-rdna-3-5-igpu-skus-gfx1150-gfx1151/ It looks like Strix Point Halo will be a beast on the iGPU part, with over 3 times the cores of the current Phoenix 7040HS, which already has impressive iGPU performance.

AMD has the tech, it's time APUs stop sucking. How hard can it be to put a Zen4(c?)+Navi24XT+3DCache in a well tuned sub 65W package to make the ultimate APU chip?
