Not at all, I am enjoying it too. Not that I enjoy watching a game dev shoot itself in the foot so hard, but that a greedy publisher and a game dev who've not only ignored their customers are basically now discouraging people from buying their lootboxathon by banning them for programs that allow them more publicity or to check on hardware vitals as they play. Gotta love how out of touch they are 😀

No one can tell me what I can or cannot run, aside from hacks/scripts.
@KissShOT - bandicam is obsolete, far better using Shadowplay or the AMD equivalent

Like many others here I launched MSI AB and had it running in the background to monitor temps, GPU load and other things. I played two session, one 2 hrs long and another 1½ hrs long and wasn't banned. Today I'll simply ignore MSI AB just to be sure.
What I don't understand is that if the game blocks all these overlays, what's the reason for banning people then? What about just giving out a warning message? That would probably be simpler.

Doubt it was on purpose. Anyways been playing with Discord and Afterburner on without issues, but then I don't use overlays. The game's fun, even though a bit (way) too ez so far.

Who said that they are banning for it? Bungie declared quite opposite things in their online help, some people just cannot read at all and prefer to make conspiracy theories. The statement about "known ban because of XXX application" is just a rumor generated by internet yellow press who have zero ideas about software functioning principles. D2 anticheat is based on the principle of preventing ANY third party DLL injections, which means that you simply have NO CHANCES to see any third party overlay because it is totally prevented by anticheat from running in the game process context. So it doesn't matter if you run any third party overlay app or not, it simply won't work with the game and that's all as it was not running. And that's absolutely fine and safe concept. The rest are rumors, quite stupid ones.
For me, the story smells really bad. I feel like somebody is trying to damage Bungie reputation and sales really hard.

Try to reread the posting slowly and a few times, until you start understanding it. Yes, those who say "I was running just Discord/OBS/AB/ and got banned because of it" are lying. D2 anticheat is not designed to ban anyone for that.

I read the post fine the first time. Maybe you should reread what i said a few hundred times because people are getting banned for nothing.. The fact you just said they are all "lying" is Laughable. yeah ok everyone is full of shit except bungie.. ok got it.
