Will it still be on 4nm?

GeForce RTX 4070 Ti: 12 GB GDDR6X, 192-bit bus, 504 GB/s bandwidth GeForce RTX 4070: 12 GB GDDR6X, 192-bit bus, 504 GB/s bandwidth....So, what's the difference? Titanium vs stainless steel?

Wake me up when we have a confirmed release date and benchmarks by 3rd parties.

2x the performance for ONLY 1000 USD uplift from 4090! There was never a better offer. /s

They're not even keeping the xx80 on at least 256-bit anymore? Horrific

Graphics cards seem expensive, until you realise a Starbucks a day is over £1800 a year.

5090 + 4K 240hz OLED are gonna be awesome combo for 2024-2025 😎

If you pay 5 bucks per day for coffee, you either can afford several 4090s per year, or you got some serious money spending issue.

funny how ppl seem to be stuck with certain numbers on bus bit, when its irrelevant, as long as its not a bottleneck (for the gpu). like folks having a 120mph car, wanting a 200 mph tacho. @aufkrawall2 willing to spend 5$/day on coffee doesnt mean you gonna have multiple times that to buy multiple 4090s. there are ppl trying to save money where they can, to spend it on stuff they "want". i can drive a 2000$ car, so i have funds to spend 2K on a gpu, doesnt mean i make more money at my job, nor that i have spending issues.

After reading the projected specs of the 5090, I can't wait to test this card!!! Possibly over 26,000 cores and 32gb of GDDR7 memory at 1,536 GB/s??? They're possibly sticking with a 384 bit bus? I wonder why the hesitation with 512 bit if there are any? Nonetheless this card seems like it is going to deliver huge increases like the 4090 did. These cards delivered in spades and then some. Over a year later we are still seeing performance lifts. Although expensive, the 4090 will be one of my favorite cards ever owned. I know performance projections are always questionable, but the 4090 projections were on point before release. If the 5090 has 2X more performance than Lovelace that's going to be insane! Bring it on!

Probably because by using GDDR7 they won't need such a wide bus for memory... Faster memory from today don't need wide bus width like before in the days of the GTX 280 with 512 bus width. It's also about the money like always - it far more expensive to accommodate large bus width cards with memory controllers and more expensive components and added complexity to the board - all this would add to the price of already very expensive cards today.

At least one can easily make their own high-end coffee with beans and such, but one can't do that with high-end video cards.

And the 5070 with the 128bit bus at only 999€ 😀

The 3090 was $1499, 4090 launched at $1599, so naturally the 5090 should launch around $1699 and at most $1999 in my personal guesstimate.

RTX 4070 GDDR6X 192-bit bus 504 GB/s bandwidth 6900XT GDDR6 256-bit bus 512GB/s bandwidth Vega64 HBM 2048-bit bus 480GB/s bandwidth Bus width is not the only determining factor for how fast the memory is and memory speed is not even the main factor for render speed. Get a Radeon 7 if you want a wide bus and lots of memory bandwidth.

Why cant people who have a decent salary enjoy what they want?

According to the leaked information, the memory bandwidth of the 80 series will take another cut and will become a 60 ti class. Nvidia's greed has no limits.
