3070 Ti with no DLSS = 2070 Super 😀

3070ti have not enough vram as it is to run Doom Eternal 4k ultra nightmare and they are marketing raytracing? This is silly.

Are they expensive? Yes.
Will they sell in seconds? Yes.
Do they have enough stock to meet demand? Certainly Not!
So why would they lower the price? It's not like they're on war with AMD or Intel to keep the products off the shelves.
I think they're cheap (not being ironical or cynical), these were never meant for budget oriented people and high pricing means they'll be harder to get and make a profit on for mining.
If you're mad about the current hardware situation and you know someone that either mines or trade crypto, bully them. We need to start fighting back in some way.
A company only reason to exist is profit, not to make us happy with their products (that's just a coincidence side effect of getting the sweet hardware to game on).

These cards are too expensive even at those (imaginary) prices!...
Looks like my 1080Ti is here to stay for the next couple of years.
Maybe it´s time to upgrade other parts of my system.

The msrp prices is a complete myth , i have seen stores like newegg marking up and heavy price gouging current cards like rx 6700 for &1,200US / rtx 3070 for $1,000US , just like scalpers on ebay as it seems every store is doing the same so i do not expect anywhere near msrp prices when they hit the market. Sad but is the thruth. Prices on gpus are just bonkers...

Best thing about this release will be the driver coming with it. Atleast if it's not a botched one.

Can't claim my buying a complete new gaming computer last November was a 'clever' move, the 780's & other components were 7 years old. But the £3,400 I paid seems like a bargain now. I paid £900 for an ASUS Rog Strix 3080 OC within that system and have zero interest in paying £2,000 - £2,500 for a 3080Ti alone. I feel sorry for anyone chasing after a graphics card (alone) at the moment and can't see the supply/prices situation improving anytime soon.
