Sorry for late reply, didn't want to post from phone at work, yeah i heard it was next month but seems not. ETH is the coin everyone mines as it pays the best, it's basically responsible for the previous two years of gpu hell. Once mining it stops prepare for the great gpu flood of 2022 /2023?

The previous mining craze few years ago made me drop out of pc scene for a while so i don't remember, i did get 1080 for £400 new around that time tho just before i quit. I'm starting my new pc gaming build in July, finish it off around September with a new £600 12gb 3080, fingers crossed. When the gpu flood happens i'm hoping for 3090 FE.:D

The crazy thing about the RX 580 pricing, was going to pick one up as it had finally dropped under 300 where I live, so was going to get it along with all my new pc parts and on that day the RX 580 was over $800.............. Thanks miners, lol.

Meanwhile on nicehash https://i.imgur.com/aySQPfX.png I think a small hack or glitch went down on NH a few weeks back as folks earned for a short while x10+ average, more than ten times the usual.

My GTX 770 died near the end the GTX 1060 was near msrp and 570 and 580 where over 450 euros still and I was desperate for a GPU .... So the 1060 6 gb was the easiest choice I could have made , that said I should have just grabbed a 580 when the flood happened to have as a backup card !

got the bypass update but it needs 512.15 and newer. nvidia keeping things simple. uber hashrate i get even on older drivers
