Their claims are only valid on the software THEY used for benchmarking. You need to use that software and look for the "one" transfer size that goes up too their claim.

That's nothing new. It's the same with SSD's and it's obvious you can only get these speeds at certain scenarios. But it's about time somebody released something that is starting to use USB 3.0. it's been around for a long time and I haven't seen many products that actually use it's capabilities to at least some degree. Am afraid that the price will be astronomical though..
