i love their hw, no trouble with boards/gpus, and the x570 i used in builds/myself all had the lowest voltages when using auto/AMP, but never will get anything LC from them, the 2080S i got (120mm rad) had broken hoses on arrival.

I was contemplating getting a LCS from them for my R5 1600 "retro Win7 build with more modern hardware, but now IDK. I have a MSI X570 Pro A and its been way better then the X570 Aorus Elite and ASUS TUF X570 I had before.

MSI are good at many things but AIOs are not one of them. This isn't the first time they do a recall and it probably won't be the last. Had one myself a few years ago where the pump gave up after a few weeks and my friend who had the same one had the substance clogging issue.

@Agonist yeah, boards are killer rn, gpus usually top if you get the ones that have copper heatsinks, but the LC stuff just looks more like "we have one too", rather than putting identical effort in those. if you want to waste funds, EK predator. otherwise the corsairs if you want warranty covering ALL parts (that die if it "breaks"), Arctics if you want a value cooler with ryzen offset, or Alphacool Eisbaer, if you want the option to replace/upgrade parts, plus it has a copper rad.

I refuse to buy anything corsair after what they did to me with RMA on a res/pump combo. My case,PSU, ram, cpu block, res, and commander pro are Corsair. So next build wont have 1 part from them if I can help it.

Yeah with the crappy reliability of AIOs, they just ain't worth it, high quality aircooler+high quality fan for me.

@Krizby except that only applies to asetek and the design cloned by others. none of the ones coming with their "own" pump (design) like Alphacool/Arctic etc, have those issues. unless i see numbers showing high failures with +2000 units involved (so its statistically relevant),reliability isnt an issue.
