I wish they communicated what is the problem. I also recall them announcing in advance the date RS3 was to be released - a week after patch Tuesday. None of that here. The silence is really strange.

No worries, i defer feature updates for 365 days =] I updated to Fall Creators Update just 2 weeks ago. Seems to run better than when i tried it on release. I will probably do the same with 1803, update just before the next big update.
yes I agree haha I also think so I installed the new test-only build but I'm still firm with Windows 8.1 stable as a rock 😀

I've been running Win10 since day one and I haven't had a single issue with it. I haven't even noticed any changes from the updates.

Thanks, I'll see if I can get by, haven't had time to actually do anything about my OS lately, but it starts to have me asking myself why I'm still on 1607 when it's support for certain things wears off sooner or later. I'm really not up to date in those matters I have to admit 😀

Well, in the PSU's defense, it was an older one (although a "brand" one), but it took with it practically everything except the screen an maybe RAM, MoBo, CPU, 2x GPU fried... he hasn't been on for almost 2 weeks now, we'll see if he finds his way back.

Hard to tell when no idea what that blocking bug is. Does something get 'blocked' that shouldn't or vice versa?
A blocking bug is a bug which blocks the development cycle from progressing. There will be some pre-determined criteria which define the severity and nature of any bug they find, and if they find a bug and it crosses that magic line, it's no-go for next steps... In this case, apparently that was release.
