The US has already thought of those possible loopholes, unfortunately and has warned against any US company using any such deceitful practices. So, if any greedy US company tries it, they will be met with serious consequences, fined and the possibility that their licenses being revoked or face sanctions or all the above. Is it really worth all that? Remember, money always rotates. Asks Kodak, Research In Motion, US Motorola, etc. Sure, for the short-term, it will be a blow to all Huawei's old US partners but it's the long-term that really matters, right?

That is one thing that the Dems and GOPs agree on, though. China is a threat to national security. Electing Biden will not changed that direction as the head of the Dem party Senator Schumer and Dem leader Speaker Pelosi both agree that China needs to be stop on spying, IP theft, cyberattacks, etc.

Well, maybe it is about business. If they can't buy server CPUs, they can't sell back services provided by those CPUs.

Seeing as there are only two major players in the CPU market; Intel and AMD, both of which are US based companies, where the heck is Inspur going to get their processors?

Seems Bush generated >$10 Trillion total deficit, Obama including the management of the financial crash added $5 Trillion total (approx) over the 2009-2019 period, including medicaid which actually ended up saving the government money as taxes brought in more money than their expenditure. They also note a lot of the debt incurred was conservative supported during Obama's 2 term presidency.
To put this in context, Coronavirus stimulus package with Trump has exceeded $6 Trillion so far, and has very little to show for it other than a bloated stock market and maximum number of cases of people infected for any country in the world so far.
You want to make this into a partisan political issue, so will summarise for you based on the above.
If the basis of your argument is debt to the US economy as a negative indicator of a governments or political parties performance, the Republicans are killing the USA with over $16 trillion in debt generated in the last 20 years alone.
The Manhattan Institute grossly disagrees with your random figures.
