From Samsung note it looks like it is insulator, not semiconductor: "and can be used as an interconnect isolation material".

Bad ass. Love seeing new materials/concepts come about for new ideals and or implementation of something new. Maybe this could be a cheaper and easier alternative than what is available and going on now? Hopefully....

Boron? Boron is found in Grape seeds its used as a Vitamin for muscle building, These are going to be some Tuff prossesors haha.

This is pretty bad ass. Boron Nitride is making its way into all kinds of applications and if you have read up on it at all in the past this is not a surprising development. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boron_nitride I first read about Boron Nitride in the context of it being similar to carbon in that it can take both a form similar to graphene and one similar to diamond.
